Coconut Fruit Jelly Milk Tea
1.
First make the grass jelly: Use 300 grams of cold water to make a smooth paste of the black jelly. Add 2200 grams of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the adjusted black jelly paste slowly into the pot like a thickening. Stir with an egg to prevent lumps, and boil again until it boils.
2.
Pour the boiled grass jelly into a container and let it cool for later use.
3.
The red beans do not need to be soaked in water, wash them, put them directly in the electric pressure cooker, add water, the amount of water is less than about 3CM, press the "beans" button to cook.
4.
Add an appropriate amount of granulated sugar and stir evenly, set aside.
5.
Add 300ml of water to the milk pot, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.
6.
Add black tea bag and cover for 3 minutes.
7.
Pour the milk into the black tea.
8.
Turn on medium and low heat, boil until small bubbles appear on the side of the pot, turn off the heat, and take out the tea bag.
9.
Stir the milk tea well. (There is a layer of milk skin on it, if you don’t like it, you can sift it again)
10.
Sift the milk tea again.
11.
According to your own taste, add the syrup and stir well, let it cool down naturally or over water.
12.
Put red beans, grass jelly and coconut in the cup.
13.
Just pour in the milk tea (put an appropriate amount of ice cubes or drink after refrigeration, it tastes better).
Tips:
When making black tea and milk tea, do not stir or squeeze the tea bag, or it will taste bitter.
There is a layer of milk skin on the cooked milk tea, if you don't like it, you can sift it again.
If you like the strong tea flavor, make the tea bag stuffy for about 5 minutes.
Stir the black jelly again before putting it in the pot.
If you want milk tea to taste good, you must choose a better black tea.
