Coconut Glutinous Rice Rolls

Appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour. Add warm water to form dough.

Coat sesame oil inside the dish. Put the dough on the plate, cover with plastic wrap, and put it into the steamer. Tap a few small holes in the plastic wrap with toothpicks.

The glutinous rice is ready and sticky.

Roll into a flatbread.
5.
Sprinkle it with minced coconut so that it won't stick to your hands.

Add red bean paste.
7.
The red bean paste is flattened with a spoon and rolled into a roll.
8.
Just cut it open.
