Coconut Honey Bread Crisp
1.
Cut the bread into 2cm square pieces
2.
Put the bread cubes into the oven and heat up and down at 150°C. Bake without preheating for about 15 minutes until the surface of the bread cubes becomes hard.
3.
Prepare the sauce when toasting the croutons. Put the coconut oil and honey in a bowl and heat with water, stir until they are combined, and no oily blossoms (emulsification) can be seen.
4.
Pour the sauce into the bread cubes, stir evenly, put it in the upper layer of the oven at 150℃, bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for 5-10 minutes, until the surface is not sticky, the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and ready to go out of the oven.
5.
After cooling, sealed and preserved, the drama snacks are ready, make a pot of tea, and enjoy the leisure time!
6.
Come on, let's go for afternoon tea!
Tips:
1. Bread preservation: fresh bread can be stored in a sealed bag if you can't finish it. Before eating, it can be warmed up at room temperature or sprayed with water mist at 150°C for 5 minutes (no preheating is required). Do not refrigerate, the temperature of 4~6℃ is the fastest temperature for bread aging.
2. It is not necessary to do the first baking (the second step). After the bread is cut into pieces, it is directly mixed with honey coconut oil. It will be more crispy and harder if it is baked twice.
