Coconut Milk Brown Sugar Baba

Prepare all the ingredients.

Stir glutinous rice flour with coconut milk.

Add cooked black sesame seeds.

After the glutinous rice paste sits for 20 minutes, lift up the chopsticks batter as shown in the figure.

Put it into the steamer, keep the water off, stir with chopsticks every few minutes while steaming, and then continue to steam until it becomes transparent.

Take it out, stir to dissipate air, and let it dry until it is warm.

Put the lard in a hot pan, take two-thirds of the glutinous rice ball, press it into a round cake and put it in the pan.

Fry the bottom surface on a low heat and brown sugar in the middle.

Cover the other third of the glutinous rice ball and compact it with a spatula.
