Coconut Milk Cake

Soak the agar in clean water for 15 minutes until soft, remove and drain and prepare for later use.

Put milk, coconut milk and white sugar in the pot, heat until the sugar melts, add agar.

Slowly heat on a low fire, keep stirring, to prevent boiling and sticking to the pan, cook until the agar is completely melted.

Spread plastic wrap in the container, pour the slightly cool liquid into the container, let it cool and refrigerate until it solidifies.

After demoulding, cut off the corners, cut into pieces and put on a plate, you can eat it directly.
