Coconut Milk Cubes

Soak 2 gelatine tablets in warm water to soften. You can use 12 grams of isinglass powder without gelatine flakes.

Milk is also mixed with coconut milk.

Add caster sugar.

Heat over water until the sugar dissolves.

Pour whipped cream

Add the soaked gelatin sheet and stir until it dissolves.

Pour into a container, put it in the refrigerator for 1 night to let the coconut milk solidify into blocks.
