In the past two days, I really like to make both milk and coconut milk into jelly. I especially like the taste. This afternoon I made coconut milk jelly. The coconut milk jelly melts in your mouth and is coated with fragrant coconut paste. Before eating Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it. The taste is really great. Don't be too delicious. Ingredients

Coconut Milk Jelly

1. Soak the agar in clean water for 1 hour, then remove it, put it in a basin filled with 200 grams of water, and steam for 15 minutes

2. Steamed until the agar is melted

3. When steaming the agar, pour the condensed milk in the pot and heat the coconut milk

4. Pour the melted agar into the boiling coconut milk

5. Stir well

6. Pour into the mold and let cool

7. Four hours later, it's formed

8. Cut into small pieces

9. Wrap it with coconut paste, the coconut milk jelly that melts in your mouth is ready, come and enjoy our afternoon tea~! ~!

Tips:

1. The agar can be boiled directly in a small pot, I think it is troublesome, use steamed;
2. Condensed milk is added, so no sugar. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar.
