Long grass coconut milk jelly has been for a long time. I like this kind of dessert very much. Especially in summer, the ice-cold taste that melts in the mouth is really cool. This time I bought the raw materials by myself, made a little bit and put it in the refrigerator. Eat~

Coconut Milk Jelly

1. Put the gelatine into ice water and soak it softly

2. Mix the milk and coconut milk and stir well

3. Add whipped cream and stir evenly, heat to about 50 degrees over water, add sugar, stir and melt

4. Add soaked gelatin

5. Stir evenly with a whisk

6. After cooling, pour it into a container covered with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to solidify

7. After taking it out, use a knife to cut into small pieces and dip it into the coconut paste.

Tips:

The prepared coconut milk jelly should be eaten as soon as possible. If you can’t finish it, please refrigerate it~
