Coconut Milk Jelly that I Fell in Love with in One Bite
1.
Cut the gelatin sheet with scissors, put it in cold water, and soak for 10 minutes.
2.
Put the milk, coconut milk and whipped cream in a pot and add 35 grams of sugar.
3.
Heat the milk on a low heat and turn off the milk at about 60 degrees.
4.
Put the soaked gelatin flakes into the milk and stir until completely melted.
5.
Put a layer of plastic wrap in the container and put the milk in a cold state.
6.
Pour the milk into the container and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. I left it for about 5 hours.
7.
This state is fine.
8.
Take it out and pour it on the chopping board, then cut it into small pieces.
9.
Dip a layer of coconut paste on the surface.
10.
The prepared coconut milk jelly is really rich in flavor.
