Coconut Milk, Red Bean, Coix Seed and Sago
1.
Prepare the ingredients. I forgot to shoot the red beans, so I just boiled the red beans in advance and crushed them.
2.
Put the right amount of water in the pot, put the rock sugar in first, and bring it to a boil.
3.
Put the coix seed into the boil.
4.
Bring to a boil and add sago.
5.
Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
6.
Then open the lid and scoop it out with a spoon. Seeing that the sago is transparent on the sides and a little white in the middle, it means that the simmering time is enough, and then fire.
7.
Pour in a box of light coconut milk, boil on low heat and add some red beans.
8.
After the cooked sago, the transparency of QQ did not disappear.
9.
You can add some fruits, such as mango, which is very versatile.
10.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Some friends said that sago is not easy to cook. In fact, it is the same as pasta. Put it in after boiling the water, then turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes. In a pot with cold water, cold water can easily boil the sago into water. After simmering for a few minutes, you can see that there is a little white core, which means that you can put the remaining ingredients in the fire, so that the sago is completely cooked and transparent and tastes just right.
