Honey Bean Potato Cake
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and steam them in a steamer.
3.
After steaming, take it out and press it into a puree with a fork. The mashed potatoes are about 315g.
4.
Add glutinous rice flour and powdered sugar to the mashed potatoes and knead them into a dough.
5.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, knead it into rounds, flatten it and pack in an appropriate amount of honey beans, close the mouth, squeeze it tightly, and knead it into a ball again.
6.
Add a small amount of oil to the non-stick pan. After the oil is hot, turn to medium and low heat, put in the slightly flattened noodles, cover the lid, and fry until golden on both sides.
7.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving and serve immediately.
Tips:
When frying, use a low heat, cover and simmer for easier cooking.
Potatoes are of different sizes, so glutinous rice flour does not need to be added at one time. Add in the dough while observing the dry and wet conditions.
