Coconut Milk Tea

Add a spoonful of coconut jam to a 15g baking measuring spoon.

Add about 450ml of ordinary original milk tea, and a cup of ordinary coconut milk tea is ready, and it can be made iced after iced (for the recipe of ordinary original milk tea, please see my recipe original milk tea). The following steps are the practice of adding iced milk tea and iced coconut milk tea.

In a measuring cup, measure 50 ml of whole milk (this is the original formula I used to open the store. Now my friends have increased the amount of the new formula.) Add it to the black tea water.

Use a 1g scoop of a baking measuring scoop and add three scoops of condensed milk.

Add 30 grams of non-dairy creamer. (This is the amount of the original formula I used to open the shop. Non-dairy creamer can be used in baking measuring spoons, 15 g measuring spoons, and adding two spoons of more than this method. It can also be weighed in fine grams. Now friends The amount of the new formula has increased.).

In a measuring cup, measure 20 ml of fructose and add it to the black tea mixture. The dosage can be increased or decreased according to taste.

In the method of adding ice milk tea, there is no need to add clear water to the ingredients, and the cooking step is directly carried out, and finally the volume of ice cubes is used to replace the volume of clear water. Add to the saucepan and cook for about a minute while stirring.

Pour into the saucepan again, cook for about a minute on medium-high heat, and cook until the milk tea is slightly boiling. Let it stand for about a minute and let it cool slightly with a fan. Otherwise, adding ice cubes will lose the temperature very quickly, and the cold drink effect will not be achieved.

In a 460ml cup, add ice cubes equal to the amount of water used to make the original milk tea. It is about one-half to two-thirds of the cup.

Pour in the boiled milk tea without water, and a cup of iced coconut milk tea is ready.
Tips:
1. When boiling milk tea, when the raw materials are not melted, stir while cooking to prevent the raw materials from sticking to the pot wall.
2. Boiling milk tea can't always use high heat, it is easy to paste.
3. The boiled milk tea must be poured into the volumetric cup with the blended ingredients first to melt the ingredients on the wall.
4. The milk tea does not need to be boiled and boiled until it is slightly boiled.
5. Pearl milk tea, on the basis of the original milk tea, added processed black pearl milk tea ingredients. Black pearls can't be handled well, and it is easy to cause problems after eating, so it is not recommended for novices. Optional burst beads.
7. Milk tea with sauce is not suitable for fresh strawberry, blueberry and mango jam that has a prominent taste. It will take away its main flavor. Coconut jam and chocolate sauce can be used to set off the main flavor.
8. Whole milk is used as the ingredients, the milk flavor is more rich and mellow.
