Coconut Milk Tortoise Paste

Mix the Guiling paste powder with half a bowl of cold boiled water to form a particle-free slurry.

Bring 3 bowls of water to the boil and stir into the slurry. Put it in the induction cooker and stir until it boils.

Filter the tortoise-ling paste liquid to make it smoother.

Pour into a container and let cool.

Add rock sugar to boiling water to melt and let cool.

It can be eaten after cooling and solidification of Guiling paste, or it can be kept in the refrigerator before eating.

Cut the guiling paste into small pieces and pour into a bowl, add rock sugar water, and pour coconut milk into it.
Tips:
1. The ratio of Guiling paste powder to water is about 10 grams in a bowl of water. If you like soft spots, put more water, and if you like hard ones, put less water.
2. After the tortoise shell is cooked, filter it to make the surface smoother.
