Coconut Papaya Toast

Mix all the dough ingredients and knead to the complete stage

Cover the dough with plastic wrap for 1 fermentation

Vent the dough and divide it into 2 portions, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes, then roll the dough into an oval shape

Fold inward 1/3 along the long side

Then fold up the remaining 1/3 and close the mouth tightly
6.
Roll out the dough into strips
7.
Roll up the dough along the short side
8.
Put the rolled dough into the mold for 2 fermentations
9.
Preheat the oven to 190°, the lower layer will be heated up and down, the time will be 35-40 minutes
