Coconut Pitaya Sago
1.
Prepare ingredients: dragon fruit, sago, coconut milk, gardenia (available in Chinese medicine stores)
2.
Gardenia wash
3.
Crush the gardenias and boil for 15 minutes
4.
Decant the gardenia water, remove the slag and wash the pot
5.
Pour the gardenia water back into the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the sago (without pre-soaking water) into the pot and stir while cooking. When there is a little white core left in the sago, stop the heat
6.
Cover the pot and simmer until the sago is completely transparent
7.
Prepare a basin of water, put a sieve on it, pour the sago in the sieve and pass the water. It takes several times to flush the sago to be slippery.
8.
The yellow sago is crystal clear and cute.
9.
Wash the dragon fruit, cut it at 1/4 and divide it into two halves
10.
Use a spoon to gently scoop out the pulp (you can dig into a ball with a ball knife), keep the shell intact, and set aside.
11.
Pour the coconut milk into the pot and heat it, then pour the sago and dragon fruit into the pot, and bring to a boil.
12.
Let it dry and warm it up, and put it back in the original shell.
