Coconut Pork Buns

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and stir until the dough is basically formed.

Add the butter and orange zest and continue to stir until the dough expands.

Give the kneaded dough to room temperature for about 1 hour.

After the dough has doubled in size, take it out for shaping. (That's my daughter's little hand. There were other pictures. The little hand is pretty cute, so I put it on. Whatever the child does, there is nothing cute about it?)

Divide the dough into 16 equal parts, let it rest for 15 minutes, then round the dough and put it on the baking tray for a second fermentation.

To prepare the filling, mix the coconut paste, egg liquid, and fine sugar.

After the bread dough is finished, brush a layer of egg liquid, then cut the top of the bread dough into a cross shape with scissors, and preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Add coconut filling.

Put the baking tray in the middle of the oven, and the bread will be out in about 20 minutes.
