Coconut Raisin Bread

Put the dough material in the bread machine program 8 except the butter for 20 minutes and then turn it off, put the butter again according to the program 8 to stir and ferment to the end.

Ferment to double the size.

The butter is softened and icing sugar until fluffy and smooth.

Pour in the minced coconut and stir well.

Pour the raisins and stir evenly.

Feel free to reshape and pack into the fillings. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
