Codonopsis and Red Date Black Chicken Soup
1.
Materials needed-dried shiitake mushrooms, red dates, wolfberry, dangshen, lily, appropriate amount, a large piece of ginger, and a black-bone chicken.
2.
Boil a large pot of water, boil until it boils, add black-bone chicken, and copy until it is cut off. It will take about 3-4 minutes. Don't cook it too long.
3.
Remove the black-bone chicken and pour out the water.
4.
Add clean water to the pressure cooker, and pour the soaked Codonopsis, shiitake mushrooms and other condiments into the pot. Because the black-bone chicken itself has no fat, a small amount of salad oil or lard can be added to make the chicken more crispy, but modern people think that you eat lard. If it's unhealthy, let's eat vegetable oil.
5.
Cover the pressure cooker with a lid, heat it to a high heat until the pressure cooker starts to steam, then change the heat to a low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6.
Put it into the soup pot, add chicken essence and pepper, and bring to a boil again, so that it won’t get cold soon after serving. Remember that winter soup must be kept warm in a soup pot.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve, the aroma is so tempting.
