Pumpkin Braised Rice

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces, cut the green onion into sections, cut the pork into shreds, soak the mushrooms and shrimp and cut into small pieces.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add the shallots and saute, add a proper amount of fish sauce, set aside.

Pour oil in the pan and heat up, add shiitake mushrooms and shrimps to fry until fragrant, then add pork shreds and stir fry, then add pumpkin and fry until broken, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.

Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, add the fried pumpkin, and set the cooking time. After the rice cooker prompts that the cooking is complete, pour the scallion oil in and stir evenly.
Tips:
Pumpkin itself contains water, so use less water for cooking than usual.
