Add the instant coffee powder later and mix well
8.
Stir evenly, cook until bubbling, turn off the heat, and take out the black tea bag

10.

11.
After mixing well, put in a cup and drink
Tips:
1. The ratio of evaporated milk: hot water is preferably 1:3 or 1:3.5
2. Because I added two bags of instant coffee, I reduced the number of black tea bags (if you don’t put coffee, it’s better to put 2~3 small bags of black tea)
3. If you find it bothersome, you don’t need to boil it, just rinse it with boiling water. For me, the taste of boiled black tea is more mellow.
4. Sugar: You can add white sugar or brown sugar as you like. My family doesn't like too sweet. I think the amount of sugar is just right. If you like sweeter, you can also increase the amount of sugar slightly.
5. Black and white evaporated milk must be flushed in with hot black tea water to better stimulate the milk flavor to pop out
