Coffee Crescent Biscuits
1.
Add instant coffee powder and stir evenly to form a coffee paste for later use.
2.
After the unsalted butter is softened at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and mix it with a rubber spatula, and then use a mixer to beat it evenly.
3.
Add the prepared coffee paste, and continue to use a blender to quickly whip the cream to a uniform paste.
4.
After sifting in the flour, add the almond flour and stir in irregular directions with a rubber spatula to form a uniform dough.
5.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill and relax for about 30 minutes.
6.
Take about 10g of dough and knead it into a strip of about 8 cm by hand, and then make it into a small crescent shape.
7.
After the oven is preheated, bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes. After turning off the heat, continue to simmer for about 10 minutes at the remaining temperature. After letting cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and it's ok.

My love is really delicious, but everyone's oven is different, remember to pay attention, don't bake it, come and try.
