The second mixing of the bread machine is completed and it enters the fermentation stage.

The bread machine will automatically vent and ferment when the dough is 1 to 1.5 times the size of the dough. During the third fermentation, the dough will ferment to 3.5 to 4 times the size, and then the program will automatically bake.

The bread is baking.

When the program time has elapsed, the prompt sound will sound. Take out the bread bucket and pour out the bread on the grid rack to dry and slice for food.
Tips:
1. Flour must use high-gluten flour that contains more than 13 per 100 grams in the nutrient composition table.
2. Use electronic weighing materials.
