Coix Seed Safflower Tea

Prepare raw materials: coix seed and safflower.

Rinse the coix seed with water and let it dry. Stir-fry in a pot over low heat.

When the surface of coix seed is yellow, turn off the heat and let cool.

Made two copies. Take 12 grams of coix seed, put it into a cup, pour boiling water, and soak the safflower in two cups respectively.

When it is warm, it is ready to drink. Served with small snacks, it's cozy.
Tips:
If you like sweet ones, you can add honey or rock sugar.
