Coke Chicken Wings

Wash and set aside

Boil the spring onion and ginger in the cooking wine, remove it, and drain the water.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken wings, and fry until the outer skin turns yellow on both sides.

Pour in the coke and have no chicken wings. Add the soy sauce, aniseed, green onion, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat.
