Cold Beef Tendon

Prepare beef tendons

After thawing, soak in clean blood in clean water, wash and remove

Prepare stewed beef tendon seasoning

Boil the beef tendons in a pot under cold water first, then remove them and wash them

Fill the electric pressure cooker with water to add beef tendon

Tips:
1. Pressure cooker for beef tendon can reduce the cooking time
2. The stewed beef tendon must be cooled thoroughly before slicing
