Cold Black Fungus

Preparation of main raw materials.

Soak the autumn fungus in cold water and wash it off.

Tips:
1: Soak fungus, use cold water as much as possible. If it is soaked in hot water, it will kill the beneficial bacteria and destroy the nutrition of the fungus. If the time is not enough, you can use warm water around 30 degrees to soak the fungus well without destroying the nutrition.
2: The fungus mixed by many people is not tasty, that is, the fourth step of the steps is missing. Do not use too much refined salt, half of the total amount is enough, remember to add salt while it is hot, mix well and marinate.
3: If you use chili powder, use boiling oil to stimulate its fragrance together with garlic. The elves use spicy oil, which is unnecessary.
