Sour and Spicy Autumn Fungus

Prepare food ingredients.
2.
Soak the autumn fungus for about 5 or 6 hours.
3.
Chop the chili and mince the garlic.
4.
Take a bowl and mix the seasoning well.
5.
Boil the autumn fungus with boiling water. Remove and drain the water.
6.
Just drizzle the mixed sauce on top.
Tips:
1. After blanching, the autumn fungus should be drained.
2. The fungus generally needs to be soaked for more than 5 hours to have a better taste.
