Cold Braised Peanuts

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the peanuts with clean water.

Add appropriate amount of water to the inner pot of the peanut rice cooker.

Pour the spices.

Sit in the rice cooker to turn on the steaming function and cook for 60 minutes.

Do not remove the cooked peanuts and let them cool in the boiling water.

Wash celery and carrots and cut into small cubes.

Boil water in a pot, add carrots and diced celery to adjust the water.

After adjusting the water, put it in cold water to cool it down.

Celery and carrot diced to control the moisture, sprinkle with salt and top with sesame oil and mix well.

Pour in peanuts and mix well and serve.
Tips:
Soaking peanuts in advance will also shorten the cooking time.
Celery and carrots can also be replaced with other vegetables.
