Cold Braised Pork Skin

Scrape the skin of the meat with a knife. Boil cold water into the pot to remove impurities and odors.

Use a knife to scrape away the remaining grease inside.

Put it in the stewed meat roll soup, stew for 20 minutes

Let the marinated pork skin cool and remove,

Cut the marinated skin into strips and shred the onion
