Cold Braised Tofu Skin

Add about two bowls of water to the pot to cover the amount of tofu skin. Add the right amount of marinade, I probably added five tablespoons.

Put a scallion in the soup. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili peppers to increase the flavor. Bring to a boil for five minutes, and it will be fine when you smell the aroma of the seasoning.

Add the washed tofu skins and cook for about five minutes. The time is very random. The tofu skins can be eaten directly, and the taste will be stronger if you cook them more.

After cooking, put it in a large bowl and let the tofu skin soak for a more delicious taste. The soaking time is arbitrary, and the longer the soaking, the stronger the flavor.

Scoop out the soaked tofu skin and cut into four pieces. Cut some coriander, chopped green onion, and minced garlic. Because it already tastes salt, you don't need to add salt, so you can just add some light soy sauce if you like. Pour in the chili oil and stir well!
