Spicy Skewers
1.
Remove the fingernails from the chicken feet and cook under cold water, then add salt, cooking wine, green onions and ginger
2.
Cook for about 20 minutes, remove and let cool for later use
3.
Put other favorite skewers into the broth of freshly cooked chicken feet and blanch (the luncheon meat does not need to be blanched)
4.
If there is not enough water in the pot, you can add hot water to cover the skewers, and remove them after cooking.
5.
Heat a small amount of oil in the pot, then put the spicy fragrant pot bottom material into the pot and stir-fry it fully
6.
Put the cooked broth into a part of the pot, stir-fry evenly, pour the remaining broth into the pot, and then boil until it boils and the skewers are ready.
7.
Prepare a deep container that can hold the skewers, put the skewers into the container, and then pour the fried soup stock, soak it for more than 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. The spicy fragrant pot bottom material I use here is packaged and can be used directly. It is simply fried with hot oil and simmered in broth so that the soup is ready, which is very convenient. Put a whole bag at a time (that is, two sachets), the fried base material is very fragrant and not too spicy, and the taste is just right
2. After cooking the base material, put all the skewers in the base material and soak for more than 15 minutes before eating. If you want to add more flavor, you can also put the skewers in the base and cook for 5 minutes and then soak for more than 15 minutes.
3. There are no restrictions on the ingredients for the skewers. You can choose according to your personal taste and eat it arrogantly!
