Cold Cake

Pour the cold cake powder into the basin, add 250ML of water, stir into a paste, and let stand for 20-30 minutes

Cut brown sugar into small pieces, add rock sugar and a small amount of water, boil it over low heat

In a separate pot, add 1500ML of water, bring to a boil, pour half of it into the cold cake paste and stir evenly

Stir the cold cake paste evenly, pour it into the remaining boiling water, cook while stirring, about 5 minutes

Remove the heat and stir for a while, wait until the bubbles disappear

Pick up the pot and pack it into pieces, and serve as a cold cake after cooling

After the brown sugar water is boiled, put it in a bowl and set aside

Pour out the cooled cold cake and draw a "well" on the surface

Sprinkle raisins and hawthorn on the surface, and pour in brown sugar water at the end.
