Tips:
1. The liquid does not have to be boiled, but it must be stirred until it is completely melted;
2. Freshly squeezed orange juice is healthier, but you must remove the seeds and fascia before squeezing, otherwise it will be bitter. Remember to filter the squeezed orange juice.
3. About demolding: firstly, it is very important to choose the mold. The simpler the mold, the better. Round and heart-shaped are the most suitable shapes for demolding. The pattern mold is not easy to demold. It is recommended to refrigerate until it solidifies and then move it into the freezing Put it in the box for half an hour, so that the demoulding will be more complete. The jelly taken out of the freezer should be placed at room temperature for about two minutes before demolding. When demolding, use a toothpick to gently draw a circle along the inner edge of the mold, and then gently shake it with your hand. On both sides of the mold, from the bottom to the top, the jelly can be easily demolded.
4. After demoulding, it needs to be placed at room temperature to return to the temperature and soften before eating.
5. If you do not use this ice tray to make the jelly, but use other utensils or cups to hold the jelly, and you don’t need to release the mold, you can put the jelly in the refrigerator until it is solidified and ready to eat
