This dish is an indispensable cold dish in the traditional banquet in the hometown, and it remains the same to this day. My hometown’s practice is usually to add coriander, but the coriander at home is gone, I added ground peanuts and improved it a bit.

Ingredients

Cold Cloud Silk

1. Prepare raw materials: Yunsi, red pepper, crushed peanuts

2. Prepare crushed peanuts

3. After boiling the water, add Yunsi blanched water, and it will take about 3 minutes to remove

4. The blanched water does not need to be poured into the red pepper blanched water

5. After the blanched clouds and red pepper are drained, add the ingredients and mix well

6. Mix all the ingredients well

7. For a better taste, wear disposable gloves or a fresh-keeping bag to fully grasp the ingredients and condiments. Just stand still for 10 minutes.
