Cold Cordyceps

Blanch the fresh cordyceps and fungus in water for 3 minutes, and let cool water dry.

Cut green pepper and millet pepper into circles, mince garlic. Stir-fry the oil until it is in, add salt, vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, and make a juice.

Add sesame seeds and mix well, especially refreshing.
Tips:
Cordyceps is bought in Wal-Mart supermarket, not the dry one. If you buy dried cordyceps, soak it in warm water for half an hour and blanch it.
