Cordyceps sinensis is a complex of larvae of the ergot family fungus Cordyceps parasitizes on the larvae of Helicopteridae insects and the corpse of the larvae. It is a traditional precious nourishing Chinese medicinal material with functions of regulating the immune system, anti-tumor and anti-fatigue effect.
The stewed cordyceps soup does not contain any other herbs, and it is not too tonic. It can be drunk by children. After each menstrual period, drink two stewed cordyceps soup for better recovery! During the confinement period, my mother-in-law also often stewed this for me to drink, so my colleagues said that my skin was better than before after giving birth because it was well regulated during confinement~
Drinking this kind of soup is suitable for drinking at night. Avoid sweating, otherwise it will spread out with the sweat after drinking it. So in summer, it’s best to drink with the air-conditioner. After drinking, go to bed in half an hour~

Ingredients

Stewed Partridge with Cordyceps

1. Cordyceps, clean the dust with cold water

2. Meat ingredients: Partridge has always been, and the pig shows a piece of meat. Cut the partridge into 4 pieces

3. Soak and wash the wolfberry in clean water, soak and moisten the Chinese yam

4. The meat is first treated with water and then rinsed in cold water

5. Put the meat in the saucepan

6. Add wolfberry and cordyceps

7. Remove the pits of the red dates, and wash the longan with water

8. Add the soup stock from step 7 to the saucepan

9. Add 9 minutes full of distilled water

10. Add a little peanut oil

11. Add a little water to the large pot, put it into the saucepan, observe the water level, slowly add in the water, soak 3/4 of the saucepan with the water in the large saucepan. Then remove the saucepan. Boil the water in the big pot

12. After the water is boiled, spread a piece of gauze. (Prevent the stew pot from jumping during the stewing process.)

13. Then put it in the saucepan

14. Cover the large pot and simmer over medium heat for 2 hours

15. Add a little salt to taste

Tips:

1. How to measure the water level: measure the amount of water first when the water is cold. Add a little water to the large pot, put it into the saucepan, observe the water level, slowly add in the water, soak 3/4 of the saucepan with the water in the large saucepan. Then take out the saucepan and bring the water in the big pot to a boil.
2. After the water is boiled, spread a piece of gauze. The purpose is to prevent the stew pot from jumping during the stewing process.
