Stewed Partridge with Cordyceps

Cordyceps, clean the dust with cold water

Meat ingredients: Partridge has always been, and the pig shows a piece of meat. Cut the partridge into 4 pieces

Cover the large pot and simmer over medium heat for 2 hours

Tips:
1. How to measure the water level: measure the amount of water first when the water is cold. Add a little water to the large pot, put it into the saucepan, observe the water level, slowly add in the water, soak 3/4 of the saucepan with the water in the large saucepan. Then take out the saucepan and bring the water in the big pot to a boil.
2. After the water is boiled, spread a piece of gauze. The purpose is to prevent the stew pot from jumping during the stewing process.
