Stewed Duck with Cordyceps

Wash the old duck. When cleaning the old duck, it is best to remove all the oil under the skin so that the stewed soup will not be too greasy. Prepare the cordyceps

Prepare ginger slices, goji berries and rice wine

Chop the old duck into large pieces, cover the pot with cold water and blanch it, then remove it and rinse

Put the washed duck pieces into a saucepan, add water, then add ginger slices and rice wine, the saucepan is also low heat and simmer slowly, do not add too much water

Cover it after powering on and choose the stewed chicken and duck soup stall for 2 and a half hours

Wash the cordyceps with clean water and soak it with a little water

When the simmering time is half an hour left, open the lid and pour all the water and cordyceps in the bowl, and then continue to simmer.

When time is up, open the lid and add salt to taste, mix well and then out of the pot

Put it into a bowl, add chopped green onion and wolfberry, and enjoy
Tips:
1. Each restaurant has different tastes, so adjust the amount of salt by yourself.
/2. Duck meat is a cold food. If you have a cold body, you can add a few more slices of ginger to neutralize the cold.
