Cordyceps Nourishing Stew

Half a black-bone chicken, cleaned and cut into small pieces

Core the red dates

Rinse various soups with running water and add them to the inner pot, and add 3 slices of ginger

Pour 2.5 rice bowls of distilled water into the inner tank and add a little cooking oil

Cover the pot, fill the stewing pot with water to the maximum point, choose slow simmer, for 4 hours

In the meantime, pour fresh water into the stew cup again (the water in the stew cup will be added after about 2 hours)

Add an appropriate amount of salt to taste before drinking, and you can enjoy it after serving
Tips:
1. Before boiling the meat, you need to do a flying water treatment (the flying water is to put the meat in boiling water and boil for about 1 to 3 minutes to pick up), and then make the soup or stew;
2. It takes 3 hours to cook the soup, and it usually takes more than 4 hours for the soup to be effective;
3. Nourishing soup is not suitable for strenuous exercise after drinking. If you sweat after drinking it, the nourishing effect will not be achieved.
