Nourishing Black Chicken Soup

Cut fresh black-bone chicken into pieces, wash and pour out the blood.

Put black-bone chicken in a pot under cold water and add ginger.
3.
Add 1 bottle of cooking wine.
4.
Skim the foam.
5.
Pour the figs and remove the pits of the red dates.
6.
Add Cordyceps.
7.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
8.
Season with salt and pepper.
