Soup with Cordyceps Hericium

Soak the cordyceps in cold water for 10 minutes in advance, and change the water in the middle, because the cordyceps itself contains eggs and bacteria. Soak dried lilies and hericium edodes one hour in advance. Dice the meat and set aside.

Conditionally use mineral water to make soup. Because I used diced pork knuckles in sauce, I no longer add salt, just pour some old soy sauces to color, turn to low heat and cook for an hour and a half after boiling water on medium-high heat.
