Cold Fungus

Soak the fresh fungus in water for 15 minutes, and sprinkle a spoonful of salt to better remove the attachments on the surface of the fungus.

Cut the chili into rings, cut garlic and set aside

Mix millet vinegar with light soy sauce, salt and sugar to prepare
