Scrambled Eggs with Broccoli, Seafood, Mushroom and Fungus

Wash the seafood mushrooms and cut them, clean the fungus, wash and cut the broccoli, cut the red pepper, beat the eggs into the bowl, and cut the onion and garlic. You can just use garlic if you don’t have any shallots

Put water in the soup pot, boil and drip into the cooking oil, put the broccoli fungus in the pot, blanch the water and pick it up for use

Then blanch the seafood mushrooms, and also blanch them so that they can be picked up and put in a bowl for later use

Pour cooking oil into the wok, beat the eggs, heat the oil and pour the egg liquid

Tips:
Broccoli, fungus, and seafood mushrooms can be directly blanched together, because they are placed in the wok at the same time period, so blanching them together saves time
