Cold Gluten

Put the gluten powder in a basin, add water, mix with chopsticks to form dry powder-free granules, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for half an hour.

Put the loosened dough in the steamer with a basin, and steam for 10 minutes after the water is boiled. Take out the dough and let it cool slightly.

Cut the steamed gluten mass into small square pieces, which are a little smaller, which is easy to eat and taste.

Mince ginger and garlic, cut red hot pepper into circles, and cut green onion into small pieces.

Pour light soy sauce, small red oil, and sesame oil into a bowl, pour all the condiments into the sauce and marinate for a while.

Tips:
1. The ready-made gluten powder does not need to add yeast. Add some water to wake up, and you can get fluffy and soft gluten flakes, which is very convenient without washing the flour.
