Cold Kelp

100 grams of kelp (kelp) dry in a pot and steam for about 30 minutes, rinse with water,

Shred after washing,

Shred garlic sprouts, green onions and carrots,

Shred cucumber,

Put all the ingredients in a clean basin, add hot sauce, sugar, sesame oil, light soy sauce, salt mix and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.
Tips:
The kelp is dried and steamed in the pot. This is simpler and better, and does not need to be soaked in advance.
