Easy Adjustment of Oden Soup Base

Half a white radish, peeled and sliced, cut with a cross knife in the middle

Soak the kelp and tear into large slices, cut half of the apple in half, and soak 4 dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add sliced white radish, kombu, 15g muyu flower, 15g dried shrimps, apples, shiitake mushrooms, bring to a boil on high heat, cover with lid, and simmer for 2 hours

Take out the shiitake mushrooms, apples, and kelp. Add 15ml sake, 5g salt, 15ml soy sauce, 15g sugar, and mix well.

Add all kinds of oden ingredients and cook it
