Cold Kim Rong Slices

The sea mushroom is soaked in water one hour in advance and cut into sea mushroom slices (also called golden mushroom slices)

Put clean water in the pot, add two slices of ginger and boil

Boil the golden mushroom slices in water for half a minute
4.
Pick it up in cold water and drain the water for later use

Add minced ginger garlic, salt, red oil hot sauce, drizzle in sesame oil

Add vinegar and cooked white sesame seeds, and finally add chopped green onion and mix well.
