Cold Marinated Chicken Gizzards
1.
Prepare the raw materials and clean the chicken gizzards;
2.
Fry the chicken gizzards and scald them, remove them for later use;
3.
Put the blanched chicken gizzards into the pressure cooker, add the green onion, ginger slices, add the braised soy sauce, pour a little warm water (the amount of water is equal to the chicken gizzards), cover the pot and press for 20 minutes;
4.
Cut the coriander into sections, chop the green onion and red pepper for use;
5.
Cool the cooked chicken gizzards and slice them;
6.
Take a container, add the cut chicken gizzards, coriander, shredded green onion, red pepper shreds, and then add chili oil and mix well.
Tips:
When the chicken gizzards are boiled, the stewed soy sauce is added, and the cooked chicken gizzards have a salty taste, so only add chili oil to season the cold.
