Braised Noodles with Beans, Chicken Gizzards and Cordyceps

All ingredients, the beans are long beans, not string beans, chicken gizzards can be mixed with salt, cornstarch, and peanut oil to remove the peculiar smell.

Cut the chicken gizzards vertically, but do not cut, and then cut into slices horizontally, add a small amount of black pepper powder, sugar, wine, and oyster sauce and marinate for 5 minutes

Heat a pan, sauté ginger slices and bay leaves

Put the beans and fry for a while, add a little more water, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper powder and wine in the seasoning, and cook for about 2 minutes

Pour in the marinated chicken gizzards

Sprinkle the noodles on top

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, use chopsticks to pick up the noodles until loose

Put the Cordyceps flower in the pot
