Braised noodles with beans is one of the northern characteristics of eating noodles. It is different from the Cantonese way of eating noodles. I have never tried cooking noodles like this. It happened that there was only me and my husband at home that day, so I wanted to be simple. Order, don’t eat rice, let’s try the legendary braised bean curd noodles; however, the standard pork belly is changed to chicken gizzards, and cordyceps flowers are added. For no reason, it’s the ingredients left in the refrigerator, but it’s delicious. It's a must; it turns out that the braised noodles are not difficult to make. My husband said that he couldn't think that the braised noodles eaten in the north would be so delicious.

1. All ingredients, the beans are long beans, not string beans, chicken gizzards can be mixed with salt, cornstarch, and peanut oil to remove the peculiar smell.

2. Cut the chicken gizzards vertically, but do not cut, and then cut into slices horizontally, add a small amount of black pepper powder, sugar, wine, and oyster sauce and marinate for 5 minutes

3. Heat a pan, sauté ginger slices and bay leaves

4. Put the beans and fry for a while, add a little more water, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper powder and wine in the seasoning, and cook for about 2 minutes

5. Pour in the marinated chicken gizzards

6. Sprinkle the noodles on top

7. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, use chopsticks to pick up the noodles until loose

8. Put the Cordyceps flower in the pot

9. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

10. Open the lid, pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, drain the juice and turn off the heat
