Cold Mountain Bracken

Wash the fern and cut it in the middle.

Put it in a pot where the water has been boiled and blanch it for about 3 minutes.

After taking it out, cool the water several times, control the water and cut it off.

Put it in a basin, then add minced garlic and refined salt.
5.
Pour the rice vinegar.
6.
Pour in the seafood soy sauce and mix well.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil. I didn't use it because of my skin allergies.
