Stir-fried Bacon with Umami Bracken
1.
After removing the unopened young leaves of the bracken just picked, soak the bracken in water.
2.
Prepare a piece of bacon. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the whole piece of bacon in the pot and blanch it for 3 minutes.
3.
Then scrub the bracken until the pilling on the surface is removed, and cut into small pieces.
4.
Cut the prepared bacon into thin slices, slice the garlic, cut the garlic leaves into sections, and cut the spicy millet into small sections for later use.
5.
Add cold water to the pot and boil. After the water boils, put the cut bracken in the pot and blanch it for about two minutes. After the pot is out, put it in cold water and drain the water for later use.
6.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, pour the cut bacon into the pot, stir-fry slowly on low heat, and fry until it is deep-fried, then add a few slices of garlic and continue to fry.
7.
Then continue to add the bracken and stir-fry for about 1 minute, add salt, garlic, garlic white and light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry. Add the garlic leaves to the pot and stir-fry evenly.
8.
After stir-frying evenly, you can put it on a plate and serve, and a delicious, simple and healthy bracken bacon is ready. Have you learned it? Give it a try as soon as possible. Tips:
1. The bracken uses the fresh and tender fiber part, which needs to be blanched in boiling water before eating, and then immersed in cold water to remove the odor.
